I have been lead enough now I want to be President of Zambia, former Roan Member of Parliament Chishimba Kambwili has told the people in his former constitiency, reports Zambian Eye Political Correspondent.

And Kambwili says President Edgar Lungu will have to hand himself to police after handing the presidency to him.

Kambwili who is the opposition NDC leader said this Sunday afternoon when he addressed a rally at Maposa in Roan constitiency to drum up support for his candidate.

The NDC leader has been follower as a cadre and member of Parliament saying now is time for him to be president.

Kambwili who spoke in Bemba told a sizable cheering crowd that he will not take anything less than the presidency. He said would want to be in the driving seat so that if a mistake is made he could not blame anyone.

He appealed to the people not to make a mistake like they did with late Michael Sata to vote him later in his life such that he onlg ruled for three years.

Kambwili said he should be voted in while he was still young so he could come and develop the country.

He said Roan should begin the revolution of NDC walk to government by urshering in an MP on April 11 just like Mufurila did with PF.

Kambwili said those in PF should leave and join NDC because the party died with Sata. He said he together with Sata and three others formed the PF in 2001.

And Kambwili has retailiated his call to arrest incumbent President Lungu and his Ministers accusing them of theft of public resources.

Kambwili who cited two Miniaters Ronald Chitotela and Chitalu Chilufya as the most corrupt said President Lungu will have to hand himself to police on the inuaguration day.

He said Chitotela’s passport will be grabbed from him on the eve of voting to prevent him from fleeing the country while President Lungu will be telephoned to hand himself over to Woodlands Police station after inuguration.

Kambwili said the PF had been takenover by the MMD the party Zambians voted out of power in 2011 because of corruption.
