It is disheartening to find pupils learning under a tree with CDF, says Kabwe Mayor

Kabwe Mayor Patrick Chishala says it is disheartening that Children still learn under a tree despite the much talked CDF.

Chishala in a statement below to Zambian Eye wrote:

Today in the company of the Area councillor of High ridge ward Mr Mwata Evans we toured lukanga secondary school to appreciate the challenges being faced by the school , one of the challenges being inadequate classrooms .

Has a City father it was disheartening to see our children learning under a Tree for me this didn’t seat well with me knowing that His Excellency the President of Zambia Mr. Hakainde Hichilema has released the Contituence Development Funds (CDF) all the president wants to see now is the money been used and not keept…

We are going to make sure that through the CDF funding we build a two 1 by 3 classroom block …
