Isidingo star “Lett” Lesego Motsepe dies

Cape Town- Lesego Motsepe, who played Letti in TV soap Isidingo, died on Monday, according to a statement released by Motsepe’s family via Oresego Holdings.

According Oresego’s Twitter account, Lesego was found dead by her brother this morning at 11:00 and paramedics confirmed that she died of natural causes at about 13:00.

In December 2, 2011 as part of World Aids Day commemorations, Letti announced on Kaya FM that she was HIV postive. This was on a breakfast show hosted by Bob Mabena, as part of an awareness-raising initiative for World Aids Day.

“I went through many phases: denial, resentment, rejection and anger,” Lett said. “But the most important thing is that I am alive today.”
