I can’t vote for people who tormented me – Mugabe

Filed under: Breaking News,International News |

Ahead of a historical election on Monday in Zimbabwe, July 30, 2018, former president Robert Mugabe declared that he cannot vote for his former party ZANU-PF under Emmerson Mnangagwa.

Briefing the media on the eve of the elections, Mugabe said he could not vote for people who tormented him.

ZANU-PF faces MDC as it’s main challenger in the first election the country will have without Mugabe after his term was terminated prematurely in a bloodless coup last year.

SABC covered Mugabe’s media briefing.
