United Poor People’s Party (UPPP) president Alex Muliokela has dispelled reports that he has joined the opposition UPND.

Muliokela who was among leaders of the political parties’s meeting with the Electoral Commission of Zambia on Thursday in Lusaka says:

Following the News going around that I have joined UPND please I cannot Join UPND and I shall never do that as I am forming my Government without fail don’t be cheated by the so called media (Mwebantu).

I was only seated next to GBM and HH during E.C.Z stakeholder meeting at Mulungushi Conference Centre where E.C.Z accepted to Lower Nomination fees for both Presidential, Parliamentary and Council offices.
