HH “withdraws” Chilufya Tayali court case

Opposition UPND president Hakainde Hichilema (HH) has asked the court that he wants the case withdrawn he has dragged Chilufya Tayali to court.
When the matter came up this morning, Hichilema through his lawyers said he wants the matter settled outside court.
This follows an apology by Tayali to Hichilema.
And Tayali has reaffirmed his apology saying he will engage the UPND leader with respect:
IT WAS ALL ABOUT HANDSHAKES AND LAUGHTERS AT COURT, THERE WAS NO TEARING OF JACKETS
Basically the lawyers of my elder brother Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, made an application before Magistrate Kaoma to have the case settled out of court as we discuss reconciliation.
The application was granted but the matter will come up for mention on 28.12.18 and 18.01.19 for a possible final termination of the matter.
I would like to thank Mr. Hichilema for the positive response to my apologies and I wish to assure him of a different Chilufya Tayali as I engage on national matters
It is a fact that at times we may not agree but I will always express my difference in opinion with due respect, but more importantly, I would want to interact with him at a brotherly level inspite of the difference in political views.
