A man called called Caine Mweemba has taken a swipe at opposition UPND president Hakainde Hichilema (HH) saying he want to have all the money and state power.

Mweemba who poses as pioneer of multiparty system in 1990 from the Students frontier and now vying for presidency says HH has vest interest in all sectors of the economy and cannot chair cabinet.

Tell your HH that CAINE MWEEMBA the fair business REFEREE has entered the pitch.

You can’t be the BIGGEST business owner with interest in all sectors and still chair CABINET meetings of the nation.

Conflict of interest has made you Mr the so called richest man in Zambia but that can not now continue even at State House. And besides, the PEOPLE of Zambia have loudly told you so over 5 times over in 2006, 2008, 2011, 2015 and 2016.

You want all the MONEY and all the POWER! Ah iwe iwe.

Tell all your supporters and tell Edgar Lungu as well that you were only warming the seat for

  4. What about Donald Trump..
He’s very rich and is a president.
Poor people can enrich themselves give that position.
The chances of a rich person stealing are far less…and running successful bizneses is advantage for running the country.

  11. We used to call you Caine Bungee.
State house and CBU politics are two different institutions my friend. Donald Trump US President has many businesses and he still Presides over the affairs of the USA, the most powerful country in the world. Bola panshi… Don’t start your party by attacking your brother. Didn’t you listen to the advice on national unity from the PF. Start your party in a humble way. How could the incumbent who has served for 7 years warm your seat? Civil language, humility and level headedness is virtue in leadership.

  12. Investment takes a bold stand faced with risks, risk is only meaningful when taken and lessons have been learnt. Zambians are simply scared of taking risks thus stagnating in all endeavors of development! The country does not want to risk upping basic qualifier to elective office of the legislature to say college diploma just like not wanting to risk having a self made wealthy businessman occupy the house on Plot 1 of Independence Avenue. Is it not simple logic that a wealthy man will think big and expansively in investing K100 million and multiply it probably tenfold than if the same was availed to a small scale businessman or poor man to whom such an amount would become a challenge in itself! Rather than fear the unknown that has never been experienced in Zambian politics, its probably time Zambians take bold steps unraveling untested frontiers!
