United Party for National Development (UPND) presidential candidate Hakainde Hichilema on Friday, January 9, 2015 addressed Students at Ridgeway campus.  “Youth empowerment is an essential part of sound economic management. A vibrant economic policy is what leads to access to education for all, employment opportunities for our youths and the development of our institutions.”

  4. good seeing u reach out to our Mr.President,did find out how many of them have voters cards?…we don’t want to let this moment of victory slip through our hands,we need each one of those students to go out and exercise their democratic right to vote

  7. @shi Mpundu, the seats were empty because they were not occupied. Maybe at the time when the picture was being taken, the owners of the seats had gone to the washroom. Next question please!!!!!!
