HEA, Education Malaysia Global Services ‘fodge alliance’ in higher learning

The Higher Education Authority (HEA) today hosted a high-level delegation from Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) at its Lusaka head office.

The team, led by Esther Boon Mee Low, Director – Marketing, and Mohd Firdaus Bin Ismail, Senior Executive – Africa Region, visited Zambia to exchange insights on accreditation and explore avenues for collaboration.

Receiving the delegation, HEA Director-General, Professor Kazhila Chinsembu, welcomed the partnership spirit and invited Malaysian higher learning institutions to consider establishing campuses in Zambia.

The Malaysian delegation was accompanied to HEA by the Ministry of Education, represented by Gladys Ntele, Senior University Education Officer.

This further underscored the importance Zambia places on strengthening international higher education ties.

The authorities say this engagement open new doors for international partnerships in higher education.
