GBM hits HH are court to upheld daughter Kasama’s election

The ruling today by the constitutional court on the election of my daughter, Hon Sibongile Mwamba M.P as the duly elected member of the Parliament for Kasama Central constituency brings joy and happiness to my family and I and indeed the the Patriotic Front and people of Kasama Central.

Indeed, it now gives her the impetus to perform her duties and serve the people of her constituency without himderance of callous and irresponsible shenanigans of the UPND to circumvent the will of the people.

The concourt has again protected our constitution that some man thinks are rules written on a refrigerator for his household at Community House and he should not pretend that he is against by-elections and yet he is the one that asked all the losing candidates on UPND to petition their results even where they lost lamentably.

It is also an affront to democracy and has been an attempt to create a semblance of autocracy.

You won’t manage HH look at was is unfolding before you in all sectors of our lives.

Having been area MP for this constituency, I can only urge you Honourable to do better than I and deliver to the aspirations of the people of Kasama Central.

Let us all join in congratulating all our MPs for their resilience and fortitude in giving the required checks and balances and exposing the ineptitude of the UPND government.
