Filing in of nomination for Kabwata underway, PF maintenance Clement Tembo

Filing in of nominations for the by-election in Kabwata is underway.

PF is going with Clement Tembo in the Kabwata by-election.

Tembo by press time was filing in following the cancellation of the election which was scheduled for January 20.

Fresh nominations were called and are taking place today for February 3 election.

The ruling party UPND is expected to file last this afternoon.

Acting President Given Ludinda, party presidential aspiring candidates Chishimba Kambwili, and Brian Mundubile accompanied Tembo together with party spokesperson Raphael Nakachinda.

The death of Levy Mkandawire who was a UPND lawmaker necessitated the election.
