FDD to hold convention

Forum for Democracy and Development- FDD has announced that it will hold a National  Convention in December this year.

FDD spokesperson Antonio Mwanza said in a statement that the party has decided to go for a convention as per resolution by the party’s governing body- the National Policy Committee- NPC.

“As per resolution of the last National Policy Committee meeting, The Forum for Democracy and Development (FDD) will this December hold a national convention to choose new leadership. All positions from the Party President to Committee Chairpersons open to be challenged” Mwanza wrote.

Few weeks ago, Lusaka Province Policy committee wrote to the NPC demanding for a convention.
