Ex – Parte injunction against Matero Member of Parliament and newly elected Patriotic Front (PF) President Miles Sampa has been discharged by the High Court because the complainant Raphael Nakachinda failed to provide full and frank disclosure of all material facts to the Court in his submissions.

The Independence day Convention that Elected Sampa remains valid.

The Inter – Parte hearing has been set for November 21st, 2023

Two days ago, the Lusaka High Court had granted an injunction against Sampa.

In an ex-parter order, the Court had restrained Sampa from holding himself as a member of the Patriotic Front or leader of the Party.

In confirming the development, Sampa had this to write on his page;

“BOLA YAPWA

The High Court Judge Madam S. Chocho has this afternoon discharged the Raphael Nakachinda Injuction that sought to expel me from PF and aswell nullify our victory on Independence Day.

Simplied; the ruling today means Miles Bwalya Sampa is the duly elected President of the Patriotic Front (PF) following the extra ordinary general conference held on 24th October 2023.

It’s time for true Rebranding of the Party and All are welcome to be part of the process.

Grateful to my lawyer Mr Jeah Madaika for his genius legal works last 24hrs.

Together We Can
Miles B. Sampa, MP
President of the PF”
