The case in which Nevers Mumba is facing a criminal trespass charge has been adjourned March 22.
Dr Mumba was back in court on Friday were Magistrate Betty Malupenga has adjourned the case again.
The MMD faction leader allegedly stormed ZNBC studios in the aftermath of the August 2016 general elections to protest the coverage of a news story, leading to his arrest.
The case has been coming before Magistrate David Simusamba but has been a subject of constant adjournments.
Dr Mumba has pleaded not guilty in the matter where several ZNBC employees testified against him.
When the matter came up Magistrate Malupenga adjourned the matter as the presiding magistrate was out of station.
