Corruption is killing Zambia – HH

Opposition United Party for National Development (UPND) leader Hakainde Hichilema says corruption by those in authority is killing Zambia.

Speaking during a UPND meeting in Minsundu area, Chifubu constituency of Ndola, Copperbelt Province, Hichilema said Zambia needs leaders who are clean and visionary. He said once in power, the party will stop all corruption prevailing under the current government.

Meanwhile, Hichilema who jetted into Copperbelt this morning, congregated at Lubuto Central SDA Church in Kabushi constituency, Ndola.

At church, Hichilema, who was in company of other UPND officials, said “it is imperative that in dire times, such as these, Zambians must always look to God to compliment that, whichwe are doing.”

The Opposition leader is expected to visit other Copperbelt towns before he returns to Lusaka.
