Constitutional Court has upheld the decision of the High Court that Jean Ng’andwe Chisenga was duly elected as Member of Parliament for Mambilima Constituency.

This follows after her election as area legislator in the 2021 polls was challenged in court.

The High Court recently upheld Chisenga’s election as duly elected member of parliament for Mambilima, but petitioner applied to the Con Court.

Meanwhile, Patriotic Front Member of The Central Committee And Chairman in Charge of Information and Publicity Rapheal Nakacinda is at the Lusaka Magistrate Court For a Defamation of the President Case.
