Zambia’s Chipolopolo players have threatened to boycott training until government pays Africa Cup of Nations (AfCON) qualification bonuses.
The Chipolopolo players have sent Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) Management and the technical bench into panic mode after threatening to boycott the remainder of the training sessions over unpaid AfCON qualification bonuses, just 48 hours before taking on Congo Brazzaville in the FIFA World Cup qualifier.
The Chipolopolo players are owed US $5,000 each in qualification bonuses, a further $2,500 from the draw against Comoros, plus additional camping bonuses from that final AFCON qualifying match.
