Angry residents from Kasengo have reportedly set Nega Nega Police Station on fire.
Five police officers manning the station had to flee for dear life as the angry mob bay for their blood.
Details are still sketchy as to why this is happening, but the crisis is unfolding as this news crew monitors the situation.
Elsewhere, in Mazabuka riot police in full gear had to descend on the ground as protests turn nasty over a coffin containing the remains of an alleged murder victim.
The angry residents had dumped the coffin of the slain Chikankata woman at the house of the alleged killer.
Meanwhile, some residents have since set fire on the alleged killer’s house destroying his property including chickens and his grain.
