Angola resumes direct flights to Zambia

 Following agreement by two countries, the first flight landed at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka Thursday evening.

The plane carried the entourage that accompanied President Hakainde Hichilema for a state visit to Angola.

The Zambia Airways will so be flying direct from Lusaka to Luanda, the Angolan capital.

Hichilema says the agenda of his administration is to get Zambia landlinked to it’s neighbors for trade.
