After losing to UPND, PF Boss dissolves Petauke Committees

The Ruling Patriotic Front Secretary General, Davies Mwila has dissolved leadership committees in Petauke and Kaumbwe districts.
The party on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 lost a ward by-election to the opposition UPND in Kaumbwe District, a new district curved out of Petauke.
Mwila had given the party leadership to submit a report on why they lost the election in an area perceived to be the home of President Lungu, the leader of PF.
But in a press statement made available to Zambian Eye today, Mwila stated he has dissolved Lusinde Ward, Kaumbwe Constituency and Petauke District Committees.
Mwila said the party will soon conduct elections to replace the dissolved committees.
