48 year old Lusaka woman in search of her long dead husband

A 48 year old woman of Lusaka’s Kabanana Township is searching for her husband who died and was buried five years ago, reports our roving journalist Lameck Phiri.

The woman disclosed during an overnight inter denomination prayer meeting held at house number 48/7 Kabanana site and service, Lusaka.

Maria Mutale 38 told the local Pastor, Nalubutu Nalishebo, during prayer request time, that her neighbour met her late husband in Lusaka’s Chawama Township.

She said her husband died five years ago and was buried in Malambo district of Eastern province where he went to do some construction work for a named construction company based in Lusaka’s Makeni Township.

Mutale said she believed her neighbour’s story because she was not satisfied with the death and burial of her husband.

‘‘I was not satisfied with his death because they just called and told me he was dead and as I was making my travel arrangements for the funeral, they called me and told me that they had buried my husband because there were no refrigeration facilities at the village,’’ she narrated.

After conducting prayers, Pastor Nalishebo assured Mutale that her husband was still alive and wondering about and that he was in a confused state.

‘‘The spirit of God has revealed to me that your husband is not dead but is roving around because like a mad person, with continuous prayer and fasting your husband will certainly come to you ’’, Pastor Nalishebo said.
