ZESCO will this Thursday at midnight increase electricity tariffs by 25% as an addition to the 50% which was increased on 1st May 2017.

Public Relations Manager Henry Kapata says the increase is as a result of the current demand which is not meeting the supply.
He says ZESCO is currently connecting an average of 200 people everyday.
