Zambian speakers will dominate the forthcoming Young CEOs Global Business Summit, which will be hosted by Europe’s leading Business School, WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Düsseldorf, Germany from 24-25 September 2016.
The Summit aims to close the entrepreneurship gap and its global impact on emerging markets. Under the theme: “Unifying German Businesses and Global Entrepreneurs: Investing in Africa and Its Impact on Global Scale”, the core mandate of the Summit is to redefine business collaboration between Germany and Africa, together with the rest of the World.
Under the patronage of Zambian Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, Bwalya Chiti, who will officiate as Guest of Honour; the Summit will provide applied-learning experience, new business innovation and knowledge sharing opportunities via Business Sessions; Trade Collaborations; Seminars; Expert Business Tour; and Networking Sessions. The Summit will also feature prominent German and European Investors and Serial Entrepreneurs, who include the Department for International Business Services Germany; AHP Capital; Wealth Management and Investment; and many others.
The Summit is co-organised by German-based Zambian, Bibusa Washington Wißemann, who is the CEO & Co-Founder of Kasuba Ltd, an investment advisory and renewable energy company that provides solutions to both private and public sectors. Bibusa is also a Director at the Young CEOs Business Forum, Germany Chapter.
In addition to the Zambian Ambassador being the Guest of Honour, featured Speakers include Dr. Justina Mutale, based in the UK. Dr Mutale is the Founder & CEO of the Justina Mutale Foundation for Leadership. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Young CEOs Global Business Forum and recently launched a Scholarship Programme to provide opportunities to underprivileged young women from Zambia and other countries in Africa to access higher education at overseas institutions of higher learning.

Another Zambian Speaker is Musaba Chailunga based in Canada is the Creator of Object Oriented Development in Africa (OOD) Africa Framework, a market framework for social and economic development. Chailunga has also developed a course that leads to certification as Development Analyst and Social and Economic Architect. He is currently developing an eco-tourist city in Zambia using the methodology.
Carol C. Chanda based in the USA is a Registered Critical Care Nurse, Theranthropist and Humanitarian. She is the Funder & CEO of Carol Cares Foundation and Oasis Universal Radio. Carol has started an education assistance initiative for orphans and is currently working on sinking a borehole at Marja Martern Community School in Zambia.
The Young CEOs Global Business Summit has previouslly been held in London, Dubai, Abuja, Accra, and Johannesburg. Other Zambians based in UK and Europe are expected to attend the Summit in Germany as delegates.
