Tutwa blocks PF from expeling him, demands US$9 million in unpaid legal fees

PF MP and Legal Council – Tutwa S Ngulube

Patriotic Front Kabwe Central Member of Parliament  Tutwa Ngulube has filed an injunction to prevent his party in Kabwe from expelling him.

Ngulube who has of late been critical of his party calling for the party to allow members to talk and point out the wrongs is now facing axing.

Seeing deliberation aimed at getting rid of him from the party, Ngulube has rushed to court to block any maneuvers aimed at throwing him out of the party.

Ngulube who has also been the lawyer for the PF is also now demanding for USD9 million in unpaid legal fees.

  2. There has to be set parameters to charge fees by Proffessionals . These fees must be backed by various legal statutes of the particular professions.
    The calculation of the fees must be based on some very simple formulas.
    This figure of $9 million needs proper justification . In any case, the currency of Zambia is Kwacha , then why the $ dollar charge .

  3. I am not sure if he is even a State Counsel. State Counsels have the highest rates per hour. But even then, this amount seems to be coming from a dream world.
