Matero Police refuse to process complaint against Kaizer Zulu

The lady officer assaulted by Special Advisor to the President for Politics Kaizer Zulu has hit brick wall in her pursuit for justice as the people around the case have chickened out.

The lady cop identified as Jacqueline Nkulukusa has learnt that the price of justice is higher when medical officers washed their hands off her saying they could not process her complaint as there was no evidence of physical injuries.

Nkulukusa reported the matter at Matero Police Station but has been told that the matter cannot be prosecuted as there were no physical marks.

Police have opted to play it safe despite CCTV footage being available to confirm the attack on the officer.

Zulu turned rabid when he was blocked from joining President Edgar Lungu on the podium during the awards presentation during the U-20 Africa Cup finals.

CAF officials had none of Zulu’s pomposity and duly shoved him off the ‘high table’ which infuriated him – Zambia Reports.

  4. How can a Medical Doctor write a medical report without seeing any physical injury or swelling?
If she can’t provide evidence now what will she produce if the case goes to court? That’s how we feel when we go to Police to report a case, they make fools of us.

  6. The doctor in question needs to be de-registered from the medical council for writing a fake report. He is not professional enough to be of service to Zambians.
As for the Matero Police, this is a strong ground for firing them all for not keeping the law, and perpetuating stupidity against our efforts to make Zambia better.

  8. What we see is a strategy of our criminal dictator government to bullshit the law by favouring its people and arrest others for same offences. In kabwe, pf official mwale publicly incited violence & Ecl’s regime, police deliberately ignored the law, unless it was a upnd member, then arrests would have been made. Now its zulu causing trouble, Elc regime, police deliberately & publicly have ignored the law & CCTV footage as evidence, of the crime, to protect their PF member, unless it was a upnd member, arrests would have been made. This is just the tip of the iceberg, it seams there is worse to come as this is a Ecl planned strategy of impunity on all PF members, while law should be applicable only to members of opposition. LAZ should start working out modalities of dismantling this evil tendacies of our government before its too late! Because this country will soon descend into chaos.

  9. The new UPND govt must ask for UP to send numerous police personnel from member countries like Canada, Botswana, Rwanda, etc to come and keep and maintain our law and order situation while we fire all ZP members without any compensation. This process would take about 12 months. After this, new ZP members would be recruited after a massive vetting process to ensure that genuine citizens with decent minds and a fair education would be sent for a minimum of 3 years’ training in Botswana while Lilayi would be demolished and all other institutions responsible for churning out the current criminals would be closed for good. New ones would be constructed with new courses.
