President Lungu

By Billy Kapinga

President Lungu must consider assembling a “think tank” comprised of experts from all sectors of human endeavor.

This think tank must be devoid of party cadres and must be mandated to brainstorm various issues affecting the nation and make brutal recommendations to cabinet. And please, no sitting allowances for them; we must spare each and every penny! Hon. Chikwanda I hope you’ve read this, we seem to be having serious problems with your office.

  3. The authors articles presumes too much.

    1. That Zed has such minds 2. That people care any more 3. That cabinet would pay attention 4. That Lungu would even consider this 6. That the special branch would even let the boss read this.

  4. He can’t. That is not what the PF is all about. They prefer cadres from the streets or Matero University and also some UNZA graduates career failures as advisors because then all systems are on autopilot and the plunder of national resources is the order of the day. Even if he tried today like he has done with the Kalyalyas and few others, they all get swallowed up and intimidated by cadres like Davies Chama and the Kambwilis. Can’t you see that even former women of substance like Mama Inonge Wina have full time cadre mentality now? What we need is to remove this government and start afresh. The current whole system is poisoned.
