Lungu dates Southern Province

lungu in mansaState House has announced that President Edgar Lungu will on Wednesday July 6, 2016 travel to Mazabuka to commission a new refinery at Zambia sugar at 10hrs.

State House Special Assistant for Press and Public Relations Amos Chanda has disclosed in a statement that the president will on the same day at 13hrs address a public rally in Mazabuka.

He says the head of state will then at 15hrs travel to Monze to commission Chief Choongo’s new palace and meet the chiefs before proceeding to Bweengwa primary school to inspect rehabilitation works.

President Lungu is also scheduled to address a rally at the same school grounds on the.

Chanda says the President will on Thursday 7th July travel to Sinazongwe to commission the Maamba power plant as well as address a rally.

He will later travel to Gwembe for project inspection and public meetings, and return to Lusaka in the afternoon.
