Chishimba Kambwili’s NDC is targeting those frustrated members from opposition UPND and ruling PF on its recruitment drive.

Kambwili who this weekend is in Southern province has since picked Saboi Imboela who was not picked by UPND in Kafue.

Announcing her joining NDC at a consultative meeting today held at Lilo Lodge in Kafue by the newly formed party, Imboela a musician turned politician complained that despite her being the most popular parliamentary candidate in Kafue, the UPND left her during adoptions.

And UPND president Hakainde Hichilema has urged his members not to go by wind to join the opposition NDC saying it is only UPND capable of unseating PF.

“”Don’t be cheated that there is a new party coming. It is not easy to grow and organise the party to the level we have reached. There is only one party, UPND. What we need now is to plan on how we are going to run government,” stated HH Sunday afternoon at a card renewal exercise in Solwezi.

Last week the MMD in Central province complained to it’s leaders from the Secretariat that Kambwili’s NDC was destabilizing its structures in the province.

The MMD urged Kambwili to stay away from MMD describing him as a frustrated person.
