Inconsistencies from State Witnesses in Mukata murder case

Inconsistencies from State Witnesses have emerged in the matter in which Chilanga United Party for National Development (UPND) Member of Parliament Keith Mukata together with his wife Charmain are alleged to have killed their guard.

According to verbatim recordings, several inconsistencies have risen. According to Marvin Chilufya the Officer Incharge for Northmead Police Station who was the first to reach the scene, he found empty catridges belonging to a 9mm Pistol which he handed to a Mr. Moya the Arresting Officer.

Meanwhile, Mr. Chibesa the Police Ballistic Expert tendered in court empty catridges for a 10.2mm Pistol that he testified belongs to Keith Mukata and that it is the bullet that killed the guard.

The 9mm empty catridges have not been produced in court and no one knows from which Firearm they were fired from. Meanwhile a security guard at Attitude Advertising a company just next to the scene of of crime who testified before the Police officers testified a Mr. Chola told the court that he heard some people running away soon after the shooting.
