Bank of Zambia warns against miracle money prophets

The Bank of Zambia has cautioned members of the general public against falling prey to some Prophets who claim to make miracle money.

Bank of Zambia Banking, Currency and Payments Systems Director, Lazarous Kamanga tells Q-News that no one can create money unless it has come from somewhere.

Kamanga has wondered why the Prophets who claim to make miracle money are always asking for tithe from their congregants if they are able to make money.

He says only the Bank of Zambia is mandated to print and distribute money as stipulated in the Laws of Zambia.

Kamanga has since advised the public to be careful with such Pastors stating that many people would have been rich if pastors and prophets had powers to make money.

  1. The problem is the government to allow conmen, magicians and satanists to practice evils, in this country on the platform of religion as long as they are covered under deception of name jesus.

  2. Sadly, about 98% of the Pentecostal Churches in Zambia have the lust for money and have misunderstood the meaning of ‘BORN AGAIN’.

  3. ´╗┐Thumbs-up to Bank of Zambia for cautioning members of the general public against falling prey to some Prophets who claim to make miracle money.

Maybe it is high time that we reminded all prophets that thier role is not to make miracle money. The role of a prophet is (1) to be a spokesperson for God (2) To admonish, warn, direct, encourage, intercede, teach and counsel (3) to bring the word of God to the people of God and call the people to respond.
